Inspired by the places where built environments meet nature in San Diego’s Mission Trails Regional Park.
Hemp, soft gel medium and gestural marks create texture beneath layers of ultramarine blue, ochre yellow, chromium oxide green and cadmium red. The landscape is suggested rather than defined, leaving room for the viewer’s own associations.
